What You’ll Do

As a Business Data Analyst I, you will turn operational data into actionable insights that influence site performance, cost, and customer outcomes. You’ll partner with site leadership and functional teams to design and deliver analytics solutions, own dashboards and reports, and support continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for operational and strategic decisions
• Design back-end data models and full Power BI development (data visualization, DAX, data modeling)
• Query, clean, and transform data using SQL (or Python/R) to uncover trends and root causes
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and presentations for internal and customer stakeholders
• Integrate data from warehouse systems (WMS, timekeeping, payroll, etc.) to support analytics solutions
• Manage analytics projects independently from concept through delivery
• Act as the primary contact for Power BI support and report troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field — OR 4 years equivalent professional experience
• 1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role
• Hands-on experience writing SQL (or using Python/R) to query and transform data — required
• Proven Power BI experience: building dashboards and writing DAX expressions — required
• Strong data modeling and basic statistical understanding — preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate analysis into business actions
• Self-starter comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work fully onsite at a warehouse location — required

• Work type: Full-time, on-site (not remote)
• Candidates must be able to work fully onsite and support site operational hours as required

Compensation & Benefits

• National salary range: $70,000 - $115,000 per year
• (For CA: $70,304 - $115,000; for WA: $80,169 - $115,000)
• Benefits typically include Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription coverage, Discounted Stock Purchase (where applicable), and a generous PTO policy
• Exact compensation and benefits will be confirmed by the Confidential Client during offer
