Position Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Business Coordinator to support Foundations / project administration activities in Impact, TX. This entry-level, full-time role supports project teams with administrative coordination, documentation, procurement support, and client/vendor communication. Estimated pay: $48,129 per year (estimate).
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize multiple administrative tasks and small projects.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders on assigned projects.
- Organize and maintain project documents (contracts, purchase orders, invoices, submittals).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Assist with preparation of proposals, presentations, and routine reporting.
- Support procurement: research vendors, collect quotes, prepare purchase orders.
- Track project timelines and update schedules/status reports.
- Facilitate clear communication between field teams and office stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc project assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative, or office support roles; experience in EPC/construction is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project-management software preferred.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and procurement processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and to work safely in varied conditions.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when project needs require.
- May be required to work at different project locations; travel may be necessary.
