What You’ll Do
This entry-level Business Applications Analyst role is an opportunity to join a growing IT team supporting a confidential client in Quivira, KS. You’ll work across business analysis, CRM improvements, data & AI initiatives, and project support. Typical responsibilities include:
- Support and improve company-specific online forms and workflows
- Assist with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) enhancements and user support
- Build and maintain Power Platform/Power Automate solutions for process automation
- Help collect, analyze, and present data to inform small AI or analytics experiments
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project documentation
- Troubleshoot application issues and work with senior engineers to implement fixes
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and help implement change with attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for an early-career IT professional who is eager to learn and build a career in business applications and automation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar, OR equivalent internship experience
- Exposure to application development and familiarity with multiple IT domains
- CRM experience — Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- Experience or familiarity with Power Automate / Power Platform
- Understanding of databases and basic querying concepts
- Familiarity with Agile processes (scrum/kanban)
- Strong attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Working Conditions & Location
- This position will be fully onsite in Quivira, KS for the first few months for onboarding and team ramp-up, then transition to a hybrid schedule (approximately 3 days in-office per week).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- This role may require occasional participation in cross-team meetings and small project travel as needed.
