What You’ll Do
Join our client as a Business Analytics Analyst supporting Government & Public Services engagements. You will turn data into actionable insights that drive mission and operational improvements. Typical responsibilities include:
- Support quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform client decisions
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and management to prepare datasets for analysis
- Conduct statistical analysis and basic modeling to surface trends and insights
- Produce clear visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to clients and stakeholders
- Assist with research, literature reviews, and synthesis of findings
- Contribute to project workstreams, including planning, status tracking, and deliverable preparation
- Collaborate with teammates across strategy, operations, and technology to deliver integrated solutions
- Support development of recommendations that generate measurable client value
- Participate in client meetings and help translate analytical results into implementation steps
Qualifications
Required
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or completed bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Technology, or a related field
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- Ability to reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office (for example a 100 mile radius) and commute daily if required
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average depending on client needs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U S Security Clearance
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- At least 18 years of age at time of employment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality deliverables
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.4 or higher
- Internship, project, or coursework experience in analytics, data science, applied math, statistics, computer science, accounting, finance, or related areas
- Experience with data tools or languages such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, or visualization tools
- Interest in public sector or nonprofit mission-driven work

Location & Travel
- Location: Nashville, TN (postal code 37230)
- Candidates must be within a commutable distance of the assigned office and able to commute daily if required
- Typical travel: up to 50% on average depending on project assignments
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required U S security clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Compensation & Logistics
- Estimated salary range: USD 88,000 - USD 91,000 per year. The range reflects various factors including skills, experience, and organizational needs and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials
- This is an entry level opportunity intended for candidates beginning or building a career in analytics and consulting
