What You’ll Do

As a Business Analytics Analyst you will support client engagements that turn data into actionable insights to improve organizational performance. Typical responsibilities include:

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to interpret data and surface insights
• Conduct statistical analysis, data cleaning, and data management to support evidence-based recommendations
• Produce clear visualizations, dashboards, and written summaries for stakeholders
• Support research and requirements gathering to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, operations, and technology
• Help lead small workstreams or project tasks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Communicate findings and recommended next steps to client teams and internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment

Qualifications

Required

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university with expected graduation by Summer 2027, or bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting/Finance, Analytics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
• Reside within a commutable distance (e.g., ~100-mile radius) of the assigned office and able to commute daily if required
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average for client work
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Preferred

• GPA of 3.4 or higher
• Internship, coursework, or project experience in analytics, data science, applied math, computer science, statistics, finance/accounting, or related fields

Compensation & Recruiting Timeline

• Estimated salary range: $88,000 - $91,000 per year (the posted range reflects current estimate and may vary based on skills, experience, location-specific differentials, and other factors)
