Role Overview

This is an entry-level Business Analyst role supporting e-commerce programs for a confidential client. Working under close supervision, you will extract, analyze, and report on program data, collaborate with stores, vendors, and HQ teams, and help turn insights into actionable recommendations to improve marketing, purchasing, and sales operations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in analyzing business conditions and supporting the development of business policies for e-commerce programs
• Extract, compile, and clean program data from multiple systems and sources
• Prepare reports, charts, and dashboards that summarize findings for stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with stores, vendors, and HQ staff to validate data and recommend improvements
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned
• Document processes and assist with knowledge transfer to peers

Minimum Qualifications

You must meet one of the following:

• Three (3) years of experience in analysis, evaluation, or related work involving current and/or projected marketing, purchasing, sales, or operations programs; OR
• Bachelor’s degree plus one (1) year of experience in analysis, evaluations, or similar substantive determinations

Additional requirements:

• Ability to interpret written materials, organize tasks, and coordinate work across teams
• U.S. work authorization required

• BWS systems (including NEWREC, WMF, LGTRACK) — Preferred

• SQL — Preferred

• Primary: Onsite at HQ — Dallas, Texas (confidential client)
• Some remote consideration: Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work

Compensation (Estimated)

• Estimated: $57,681 per year (estimated figure provided by source)
