What You’ll Do

This entry-level Business Analyst role supports transformation initiatives across government and public-sector clients. You'll work on project teams to analyze processes, deliver insight, and help implement change that improves mission outcomes and organizational performance.

  • Support transformation engagements using established tools, methodologies, and accelerators
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to inform recommendations
  • Help design and document business processes, requirements, and implementation plans
  • Prepare clear written deliverables, presentations, and status reports for internal and client audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, operations, technology) to deliver client value
  • Support workstreams, lead small tasks or workstreams, and escalate issues or risks as needed
  • Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Required

  • Current student expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Operations Management, Project Management, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Ability to commute to your assigned office and travel approximately 50% on average, depending on client needs
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance, if required for assignments
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in business analysis, finance, operations, project management, human resources, economics, public administration, or related areas

The Team

You will join a Government & Public Services consulting practice that serves government agencies, higher education, non-profit organizations, and other public-sector clients. Teams work across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation efforts. This is a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with opportunities to build specialized experience and develop a consulting skill set.


Compensation & Logistics

  • Estimated salary range: $84,000 to $87,000 per year (reasonable estimate; final offer depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors)
  • Position type: Full-time, entry-level (permanent)
  • Typical travel: up to ~50% (varies by engagement)
  • Security: may require ability to obtain/maintain U.S. security clearance for some engagements
  • Work authorization: must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
