What You’ll Do

Join Confidential Client’s Government & Public Services practice as a Business Analyst supporting transformation initiatives that improve performance and deliver measurable value. As an Analyst you will be an integral member of client service teams and will:

  • Support organizational and operational change efforts using established tools, methodologies, and accelerators
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and synthesis to inform recommendations and implementation plans
  • Prepare clear, professional deliverables (reports, slide decks, briefs) and present findings to internal teams and clients
  • Help design and track metrics that measure program or project performance
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (strategy, operations, technology) to deliver client outcomes
  • Assist with project/workstream planning and help coordinate tasks to meet deadlines
  • Support proposals, client engagements, and knowledge-sharing activities to build consulting skills

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Operations Management, Project Management, Psychology, Public Administration, or an equivalent program
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Ability to commute to your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client and project needs
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

Preferred

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in business analysis, finance, operations, project management, psychology, human resources, economics, or public administration
  • Demonstrated interest in public sector/government or nonprofit work

Compensation & Logistics

  • Pay range (estimate): $84,000 to $87,000 per year. The final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
  • Recruiting for this role ends on 07/26/2026.
  • This is a full-time position. Typical travel expectations average up to 50% depending on client needs.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
