What You’ll Do

• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities that inform product, marketing, and finance decisions
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance and cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytics and action
• Review existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and data quality
• Support forecasting, strategic planning, and KPI tracking
• Assist with end-to-end project work — from scoping and data collection to analysis and stakeholder communication

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 0–5 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or a related field (entry-level through mid-level candidates considered)
• Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms
• Strong analytical thinking, clear written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
• Candidates authorized to work in the U.S., including U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and those with valid work authorization (e.g., H‑4 EAD), are encouraged to apply
• Recent graduates / early-career candidates with a genuine interest in business or data analytics are welcome

• Level: Entry / Junior / Mid-level
