Confidential Client is hiring Junior and Mid-Level Business Analysts / Data Analysts. This posting is for the Tampa, FL location. Positions are available on a W2 contract basis and may be Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote depending on the client engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Work with data to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunities that influence product, marketing, and finance decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance and other teams to translate business questions into analytic solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to forecasting, strategic planning, and data-driven business decision-making.
- Support projects from planning through implementation and successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. (Master’s is a plus.)
- 0–5 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or a related function — entry-level applicants and recent graduates with strong analytic potential are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Eligible to work under one of the accepted work authorizations listed below.
Skills & Tools
- Proficiency with Excel for analysis and modeling.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
- Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings clearly.
