Position Overview
Confidential Client is seeking motivated Business Analyst / Data Analyst candidates in Jersey City, NJ. These W2 contract, hybrid/onsite roles are open to entry-level through mid-level candidates (freshers up to 7 years). Applicants may be considered for multiple matched opportunities through the Careertakes platform.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze data and produce actionable business insights to inform stakeholders.
- Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support reporting, forecasting, and business planning efforts.
- Identify process improvements and support business transformation initiatives.
- Assist with project coordination to help deliver objectives on time.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical tools (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and business teams.
- Open to candidates from entry-level through 7 years of experience.
