What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring for an entry-level, rotational Building Automation Supply Chain Development Program (URDP). This program is designed to rotate recent graduates through core supply chain functions so you can build a strong, end-to-end understanding of supply chain operations in building automation.
- Participate in multi-month rotations across functions such as Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality.
- Support material purchasing, material and production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores operations to maintain production continuity.
- Monitor schedules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions to meet operational KPIs.
- Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders and present improvement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, available to begin full-time between May 2027 and August 2027.
- Degree must be obtained within 12 months of the program start date.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.; Confidential Client cannot sponsor employment authorization for this role now or in the future.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to relocate as needed for rotations; flexibility and curiosity for cross-functional learning.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $68,000 – $115,000 per year (range reflects location, experience, and other factors).
