Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring for the BRiTE (Broad. Relevant. Tangible. Experience.) — Commercial Rotational Program in Charlotte, NC. This early-career, full-time program gives new graduates four structured commercial rotations across Sales, Marketing & Market Development, Engineering & Customer Experience, and Product Line Management. Each rotation includes project work, mentoring, and leadership development to accelerate commercial skills in an engineering-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
This rotational program is designed to develop broadly capable commercial professionals. Typical responsibilities include:
- Support inside and field sales activities and customer interactions
- Contribute to marketing and market development projects, research, and campaigns
- Partner with engineering and customer experience teams to solve customer issues and improve product adoption
- Assist product line managers with product strategy, launch planning, and go-to-market activities
- Deliver project work, present findings, and implement recommendations during each rotation
- Build relationships with mentors and cross-functional leaders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (expected graduation Dec 2026 or May 2027) in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, telecom, computer science, information management, optical science/engineering), Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Physics, or Chemistry
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Clear interest in commercial roles (sales, marketing, sales support, field engineering, product marketing, product management)
- Willingness to be mobile and work across functions and locations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Multiple internships, ideally with commercial exposure
- Leadership roles on campus
- Study abroad or international experience
- Fluency in more than one language
- Internship experience at a large, commercial-focused company
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range (full-time equivalent): $63,000 - $86,625
- Starting pay depends on geographic location, experience, training, and education.
