What You’ll Do

The Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Bridge Engineer to join their Williams Grv, PA office. In this role you will support bridge design, inspection, and construction support efforts under senior engineering staff.

• Prepare designs and contract documents for repair or replacement of bridge structures.
• Review shop drawings and provide construction-phase support.
• Perform field inspections of highway bridges; document defects and prepare inspection reports.
• Complete engineering computations for load-rating and structural analysis of bridges.
• Coordinate with project teams, subconsultants, and contractors to deliver quality deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain organized project documentation and technical files.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven organization.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and take direction from senior engineers.
• Ability to travel locally for field inspections as required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with AASHTO and PennDOT bridge specifications.
• Experience with bridge design software and load-rating calculations.
• Experience with bridge safety inspections.
• Hands-on experience with MicroStation or similar CAD tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $125,000 per year (good-faith estimate; actual offer may vary based on experience, location, and qualifications).
• Employment type: Contract / Full-time.
• Work location: Williams Grv, PA (onsite). Limited travel for field inspections expected.
