What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Brand Sales Specialists to launch a career in technology sales through an immersive Entry-Level Sales Program (2027). You will create demand, build trusted relationships, and connect customers with solutions across AI, data, automation, cloud, and infrastructure.
- Create demand and identify new opportunities within assigned accounts, territories, and offering portfolios
- Prospect and qualify leads using phone, email, social, video outreach, events, and marketing programs
- Build and maintain an active pipeline: uncover expansion, renewals, upgrades, and modernization needs
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer objectives, priorities, challenges, success criteria, and buying needs
- Position the brand as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions to customer goals and measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with sellers, technical specialists, customer success managers, account executives, partners, and marketing to progress opportunities
- Prepare presentations, proposals, account plans, and business storytelling appropriate for business and technical stakeholders
- Use digital and AI-enabled selling tools, customer data, and market insights to improve engagement and brand outcomes
Who We’re Looking For (Required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by start date in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in technology and consultative selling
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and customer focus
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with both business and technical audiences
- Willingness to learn product and industry offerings, competitive landscape, and digital selling tools
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Internship, co-op, project, research, or extracurricular experience in sales, customer success, consulting, marketing, technology, or entrepreneurship
- Exposure to cloud, AI, automation, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise software
- Experience presenting business or technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Leadership experience (student organizations, athletics, volunteer work, competitions, community involvement)
- Technical certifications or participation in technology-focused programs
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $85,774 per year (estimated)
