Position overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Brand Sales Specialist to join a technology-focused sales program in San Francisco (SoMa). This role is an early-career sales position focused on demand generation, digital engagement, and building trusted customer relationships across AI, data, automation, cloud, and infrastructure offerings.

What You’ll Do
- Create demand and identify new opportunities across assigned accounts, territories, and offering portfolios.
- Engage and qualify prospective buyers via phone, email, social media, video, events, and other digital selling channels.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline by uncovering expansion, renewals, upgrades, and modernization opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer objectives, pain points, success criteria, and buying signals.
- Position Confidential Client’s value propositions as a trusted advisor aligned to customer goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Technology Sellers, Technical Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Partners, and Marketing to advance opportunities.
- Communicate technology value to business and technical stakeholders through presentations, proposals, and account plans.
- Use digital and AI-powered sales techniques, customer data, and market insights to improve outreach and conversion.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by start date in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, consultative selling, and business development.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and customer focus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and business audiences.
- Willingness to learn product, cloud, AI, automation, and digital selling tools.
Preferred qualifications
- Internship, co-op, project, research, or extracurricular experience in sales, customer success, marketing, technology, or entrepreneurship.
- Exposure to cloud, AI, automation, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Experience presenting business or technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, volunteer work, competitions, or community involvement.
- Relevant certifications or participation in technology-focused programs.
