Overview
This entry-level Brand Sales Specialist role with our confidential client is an early-career opportunity to build a foundation in technology sales focused on AI, data, automation, cloud, and infrastructure offerings. You will generate demand, build trusted customer relationships, and use consultative and digital selling techniques to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
Estimated compensation (market data): $101,809 per year (estimated).
What You’ll Do
- Create demand and identify new opportunities across assigned accounts, territories, and product portfolios.
- Engage and qualify prospects via phone, email, social media, video outreach, events, and marketing programs.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and uncover expansion opportunities such as renewals, upgrades, and modernization needs.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customers’ business objectives, priorities, and buying criteria.
- Position brand offerings to align with customer goals, industry trends, and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with sellers, technical specialists, customer success, account executives, partners, and marketing to progress opportunities and support deal execution.
- Prepare and deliver clear presentations, proposals, account plans, and business storytelling for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Use digital and AI-enabled sales tools, customer data, and market insights to refine engagement strategies and achieve brand outcomes.
What You’ll Bring (Required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by start date in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, business development, consultative selling, and solving client challenges.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking, curiosity, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Willingness to learn product and market knowledge including cloud, AI, automation, and digital selling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, project, research, or extracurricular experience in sales, consulting, customer success, marketing, technology, or entrepreneurship.
- Exposure to cloud, AI, automation, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise software.

- Leadership experience in student organizations, athletics, volunteering, competitions, or community involvement.
- Industry-specific knowledge, technical certifications, or participation in technology-focused programs.
