Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Brand Sales Specialist to join a structured early-career sales program. This role focuses on demand generation, digital engagement, consultative selling, and building a sales pipeline for technology-related solutions (AI, data, automation, cloud, infrastructure). You’ll learn modern selling techniques and work with cross-functional teams to progress opportunities and deliver measurable client outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Create demand and identify new opportunities within assigned accounts, territories, and offerings.
  • Engage and qualify prospects using phone, email, social media, video outreach, events, and marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline focused on expansion opportunities, renewals, upgrades, and modernization.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer objectives, priorities, challenges, success criteria, and buying needs.
  • Position brand offerings as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions to customer goals and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Technology Sellers, Technical Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, partners, and marketing to progress opportunities.
  • Communicate technology value clearly to both business and technical stakeholders through presentations, proposals, and account plans.
  • Use digital and AI-powered selling tools, customer data, and market insights to improve engagement and drive outcomes.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by start date in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology, consultative selling, and solving client challenges.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and customer focus.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate with both business and technical audiences.
  • Willingness to learn product portfolios, competitive landscapes, and digital selling tools.

Preferred qualifications

  • Internship, co-op, project, research, or extracurricular experience in sales, consulting, customer success, marketing, technology, or entrepreneurship.
  • Exposure to cloud, AI, automation, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
  • Experience presenting business or technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership through student organizations, athletics, volunteering, competitions, or community involvement.
  • Technical certifications or participation in technology-focused programs.

Compensation & location

  • Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite / local market)
  • Estimated compensation (from source posting): $101,268 per year — estimated.
