What You’ll Do

Execute high-impact, face-to-face marketing and sales activities that increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement in retail and event settings.

• Execute in-person marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
• Represent client brands professionally in retail and event-based environments
• Support the development and rollout of local marketing and promotional strategies
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve outreach efforts
• Assist with coordinating retail events, activations, and in-store promotions
• Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to support positioning and campaign growth
• Track basic campaign performance and support reporting and administrative tasks
• Conduct retail sales and direct customer engagement

Qualifications

A strong fit if you’re motivated, coachable, and enjoy working directly with customers. This role is entry-level but benefits from frontline customer contact skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing)
• Previous experience in branding, customer service, retail, marketing, or sales is a plus, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working directly with customers in face-to-face settings
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools preferred
• Creative thinker with solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Compensation & Schedule

• Estimated pay: $55,162 per year (Adzuna estimate)
