Overview
Join our confidential client as a Brand Marketing Associate in Lehi, UT. This role sits on the brand management career track and will own channel-level strategy and execution to drive brand growth across retail and digital partners. You'll partner cross-functionally to translate consumer and channel insights into assortment, activation, and commercialization plans.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead go-to-market and channel strategies that tailor brand positioning, assortment, and activation to retail and digital partner dynamics
- Own channel-level strategy execution to meet financial and volume targets in collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations
- Partner across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to build and orchestrate annual plans for assigned channel(s)
- Use consumer, customer, sales, and financial data to uncover insights that inform product innovation, pricing, and marketing messaging
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting for your channel(s) using channel-specific account and business insights
- Lead commercialization and readiness for product initiatives to ensure successful launch and execution at point of sale
- Build channel-specific selling stories and tools that help Sales win with key customers and strengthen retail partnerships
- Manage projects end-to-end — from strategy through execution — while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
What We’re Looking For (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in CPG brand marketing, sales/channel management, finance, consulting, a leadership program, or similarly relevant roles (exceptional internships considered)
- Track record of driving measurable business results and clearly articulating your contributions
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking; ability to use data to generate insights and make recommendations
- Working knowledge of the 4Ps and how they influence brand and business performance
- Ability to independently own initiatives, prioritize, and deliver against goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with a team-first mindset and adaptability in high-growth settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CPG, consumer products, retail, or other fast-moving consumer-facing businesses
- Prior ownership or support of brand, channel, category, or go-to-market strategy
- Experience using consumer, customer, sales, or financial data to influence decisions
- Exposure to P&L management, demand planning, forecasting, or other financial drivers
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, Creative, Product, Operations, or Supply Chain
- Experience with assortment, pricing, product positioning, promotions, or commercialization
- Demonstrated ability to balance short-term business wins with long-term brand health
