Position overview

Confidential Client (PR, Advertising & Marketing) is hiring an entry-level Brand Manager based in Hyde Park, OH. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with 1–3 years of brand or marketing experience who wants early ownership of brand strategy, cross-functional leadership exposure, and opportunities to drive consumer-led growth.

What You’ll Do

You will act as a business owner for assigned brands and help deliver growth by translating consumer and shopper insight into clear strategies and execution plans.

• Own and support brand strategy, positioning, and annual marketing plans
• Use data and consumer insights to prioritize opportunities and guide decisions
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and external agencies to align plans and execution
• Launch and track marketing campaigns; measure impact and adjust tactics
• Drive innovation and product/packaging/communication ideas that increase consideration and purchase
• Present recommendations and influence stakeholders across functions

What We’re Looking For

We want someone early in their marketing career who can think strategically and act operationally.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business-related preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand, marketing, or related roles
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to derive insight from data and translate it into consumer-focused plans
• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and communicating clearly
• Demonstrated creativity and a track record of driving ideas to execution

Compensation

• Starting pay / salary range: $85,000 – $122,200 per year (range provided by the hiring client)
• Actual pay offers will be based on role, location, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors.
