What You’ll Do
This role supports the planning and execution of integrated brand and content marketing campaigns for our confidential client. You’ll help keep campaigns organized, moving on schedule, and aligned across creative, content, media, social, PR, partnerships, and production teams.
- Support execution of brand campaigns, content marketing initiatives, tentpole programs, seasonal moments, and title launches.
- Assist with campaign planning: timelines, approvals, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Coordinate trafficking and distribution of creative assets, materials, and updates across internal teams and external agencies.
- Maintain campaign calendars, workbacks, trackers, and status documents; distribute updates to stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, capture notes, document action items, and track follow-ups.
- Manage shared resources and archives, prepare presentations, planning documents, campaign recaps, and post-campaign analyses.
- Gather campaign performance data and assist with basic analysis to document learnings and recommendations.
- Conduct competitive research, industry analysis, and trend monitoring to inform planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or related experience (including internships or coordinator-level roles).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets).
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting brand or content marketing campaigns and exposure to media execution.
- Background in entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude) and a willingness to use them to improve efficiency.
- Interest in FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) or audience-driven streaming content.
Compensation & Logistics
- Location: California, MD (onsite).
- Employment type: Contract — 9 months (possibility of extension or conversion). Employment classification: W2.
- Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
