Position Overview
Brand Assistant Schiller Park, IL — Entry-level, in-person retail role representing consumer brands for a Confidential Client. This full-time position provides paid, hands-on training in retail sales, customer engagement, campaign execution, and foundational business skills to help you grow into sales or leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Confidential Client brands at assigned retail locations in Schiller Park, IL
- Engage customers through professional, face-to-face conversations
- Explain products, pricing, promotions, and service features
- Listen to customer needs and recommend solutions that support sales goals
- Support customer acquisition and campaign performance targets
- Deliver a consistently positive customer experience throughout the sales interaction
- Track your individual performance and contribute to team metrics
- Communicate clearly with teammates and management to meet daily and weekly objectives
What We’re Looking For
