What You’ll Do

As a Brand Assistant working for our confidential client, you'll support in-person promotional campaigns and learn core sales and marketing skills through hands-on execution.

• Learn and execute brand campaigns at assigned locations
• Represent the confidential client professionally in face-to-face customer engagements
• Educate customers on products, offers, and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer questions
• Track personal and team performance metrics and contribute to sales goals
• Communicate clearly with team members and management

Qualifications

This is an entry-level role; structured training is provided. Candidates who match the profile below will thrive.

• 0–3 years customer service, retail, or sales experience (preferred)
• Comfortable with in-person customer interaction and outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule as campaign needs require
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn and a performance-oriented mindset

• Estimated base: $45,637 per year (estimated)
