Role summary
Confidential Client is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Brand Ambassador to support retail operations and strengthen brand presence in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This entry-level, full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys direct customer engagement, merchandising, and contributing to sales growth while learning the fundamentals of retail brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a courteous, professional manner
- Promote and recommend products in alignment with brand standards
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to guide customer decision-making
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing retail environment
- Assist customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service
- Monitor and restock inventory to ensure product availability
- Support in-store promotional campaigns and marketing activities
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and performance targets
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings for continuous development
- Review sales information to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while upholding company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Understanding of retail merchandising and visual presentation standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to commute to assigned retail locations
- Background in marketing, brand representation, or promotional work is a plus
