Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Blockchain Payments Product Manager to define, develop, and scale blockchain-enabled payment products that support the organization’s digital assets strategy. This role partners closely with engineering, risk, compliance, operations, finance, and business-line stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into product roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Own specific blockchain payments products and capabilities from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define product requirements, use cases, KPIs, and success metrics that advance payment modernization and digital asset initiatives.
- Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Leadership to translate strategy into prioritized delivery plans.
- Work with Product Architects and Technology teams to validate solution approaches and support implementation.
- Integrate blockchain payment capabilities into existing banking products and client offerings.
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder requirements from business lines, client teams, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and finance.
- Support delivery activities including backlog prioritization, user story definition, testing, launch planning, and post-launch improvements.
- Monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity to identify product opportunities.
- Ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and enterprise risk requirements through close partnership with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in digital product management (product owner, product manager, or similar roles).
- Strong understanding of payments or fintech product delivery.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, risk, and business partners.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present product strategy and tradeoffs to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with blockchain technology, digital assets, tokenized payments, or stablecoins.
- Familiarity with distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, or tokenized transaction models.
- Knowledge of domestic and international payment systems, real-time payments, settlement processes, or treasury/cash management.
- Experience supporting product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
- Comfort working with large datasets and using analytics to inform product decisions and performance measurement.
- Understanding of financial services regulatory and compliance requirements related to payments.
- Agile product management or product owner experience.
- Experience working across multiple business lines to deliver enterprise solutions.
Location & Work Model
This role requires working from a Confidential Client location in Minneapolis, MN three (3) or more days per week.

Compensation
Pay Range (based on primary location): $133,365.00 - $156,900.00 per year. The actual salary offered may vary based on the candidate’s experience, location, and other job-related factors. This position also may be eligible for incentive programs and other benefits.
