What You Will Do

Work on site in a cleanroom manufacturing environment to support the production of therapeutic proteins and APIs. Responsibilities include:

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot biomanufacturing equipment (including CIP and SIP systems)
• Execute batch processes and record production activities following SOPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Perform routine analytical checks (pH, conductivity) and product sampling
• Maintain cleanroom hygiene, perform sanitization and gowning procedures, and support 6S site standards
• Safely move raw materials and chemicals between production areas
• Complete required training, participate in shift handovers, and attend team meetings

Qualifications

This role is suitable for early-career candidates with manufacturing or laboratory experience, preferably in regulated environments.

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field preferred
• Entry-level experience (0–4 years) in manufacturing, biopharma, or a regulated cleanroom environment
• Basic understanding of cGMP, aseptic technique, and GDP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and clear written/verbal communication
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (day or night), stand or walk for extended periods, wear full PPE/gowning, and lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Schedule

• Estimated compensation: $69,548 per year (estimated)
• Full-time, site-based role on a rotating manufacturing schedule (12-hour shifts; days or nights)
• On-site work in a controlled cleanroom environment is required
