Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an Outside Bilingual Sales Consultant (Spanish) to develop and grow foodservice and restaurant accounts in the Lawrenceville, GA territory. This outside-sales role focuses on building relationships, achieving sales and profit goals, and delivering value-added service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth within an assigned territory.
- Seek and qualify prospects aligned with account stratification goals.
- Research customer needs and recommend product/service mixes to meet business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; share product insights with customers.
- Answer customer questions on products, pricing, availability, and usage.
- Provide product information and hands-on training to customer staff.
- Drive a personal vehicle to customer locations, conventions, and company meetings.
- Communicate and collect accounts receivable as needed; work with credit departments to resolve issues.
- Manage order and delivery issues—troubleshoot shortages, special orders, and inventory concerns.
- Participate in customer events, promotions, and district sales meetings.
- Prepare sales budgets, reports, quotes, menu suggestions, and maintain sales records.
- Engage in ongoing training; assist with onboarding and training new employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR high school diploma/GED plus 3 years’ restaurant management, B2B or outside sales experience (or equivalent, including completion of a sales internship).
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurability standards.
- Current automobile insurance meeting required limits (as stated by Confidential Client).
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Basic PC skills and proficiency with MS Office.
- Willing to reside in or relocate to the geographical vicinity of the assigned territory.
- Ability to pass employment testing.
Preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish (speaking/reading/writing) strongly preferred.
- Experience in restaurant management, foodservice outside sales, or as a chef.
Requirements / Other
- Must sign Confidential Client’s protective covenants agreement.
- Pass required employment testing.

- Estimated base salary: $46,353 per year (estimated).

Location & Travel
