What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a full-time, entry-level Bilingual Russian Insurance Navigator to help New York residents enroll in state health plans and understand their insurance options. This role combines community outreach, one-on-one enrollments, and partnership-building in a hybrid work model.

• Provide in-person and virtual education and enrollment assistance for Medicaid, Child Health Plus, the Essential Plan, and Qualified Health Plans through New York State’s Marketplace
• Guide individuals and small businesses through online enrollment step-by-step
• Conduct community outreach and represent the program at events, partner sites, and community locations
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners to generate referrals and outreach opportunities
• Achieve program targets (including ~50 enrollments per month and ~10 partnership connections in the first 6 months)
• Enter enrollment data and event reports into the program database accurately and in a timely manner
• Schedule and follow up on appointments (phone, email, and in-person) and provide reminders
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and provide program updates to your supervisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Entry-level welcome — full training provided
• Fluency in Russian (read, speak, write) — required
• Comfortable with field work (approximately 25% of time) and community outreach
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online research tools
• Able to work a flexible schedule with occasional nights and weekends
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
• Willingness to learn program systems and follow data-entry procedures

• Salary: $50,000 per year
