What You’ll Do

This entry-level bilingual recruiter / sales trainee role is a hands-on position built for candidates who want a fast track into recruiting and sales. Working for a confidential client in HR & Recruitment, you will:

• Identify and source qualified candidates using phone outreach, social media (LinkedIn), job boards and other sourcing tools
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and fit
• Partner with account managers to understand client needs, target skill sets and priority market segments
• Build and maintain candidate and industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads
• Conduct customer-service activities for candidates and clients, including timely follow-up and status updates
• Support community and philanthropic initiatives as part of the team’s engagement efforts

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who are coachable, people-oriented, and eager to learn recruiting and sales fundamentals.

• Spanish / English bilingual (verbal & written) — required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Customer- or sales-focused experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — we hire for potential and fit
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Compensation & Benefits

Pay and incentives are transparent and performance-oriented.

• Base salary during/after training: USD $45,000 per year
• Weekly commission structure with unlimited upside
• After 12 months of tenure, base salary increases to USD $55,000 (plus ongoing commission)
• Projected earnings (examples): Year 1 ≈ $50,000; Year 2 ≈ $76,000; Year 3 ≈ $102,000 (actual results vary)
• Benefits include medical, dental and vision, HSA & 401(k), 20 days PTO + paid holidays, parental/family leave, employee discounts
• Performance incentives: quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trips, company-funded investment plan

Individual compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
