Position Overview

Confidential Client — a local, community-focused insurance & financial services office serving Harwood Heights, Kildeer and surrounding Cook County areas — is hiring a full-time Bilingual Polish Sales Representative. This role combines sales, community outreach, and client service across insurance and financial products (auto, home, renters, business, life, health, and banking/investment solutions). Entry-level candidates are welcome; full training and licensing support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate fluently in Polish and English with prospects and clients.
• Identify, cultivate, and follow up on leads and new business opportunities.
• Educate clients on insurance and financial products and recommend tailored solutions.
• Cross-sell, process renewals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Participate in community outreach, multilingual events, and local marketing initiatives.
• Work with leadership and senior agents for training, licensing guidance, and mentoring.
• Maintain required licensing (Property & Casualty, Life/Health) or complete steps to obtain them.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus commission/bonus tied to performance.
• Visible salary range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year.

• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written) — required.

• Comfortable with basic CRM tools, digital quoting, and common office software.
• New graduates: eager to learn, reliable work ethic (no prior insurance experience required).

• Bilingual (Polish & English) — required.
• High school diploma minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain required insurance licenses (Life, Health, Property & Casualty) if not already held.
