Position Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a culturally fluent Bilingual Marketing Specialist (Chinese/English) to support marketing and digital growth initiatives for its travel and consumer-facing campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in El Monte, CA.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, write, and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns tailored to Chinese-speaking audiences in the U.S.
- Manage and update website content; monitor site performance and deliver regular marketing reports.
- Build and grow brand presence on major social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and engage target audiences in both languages.
- Plan and implement media buying strategies and support SEO optimization efforts.
- Support cross-functional projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Experience or familiarity with social media management and current digital marketing trends.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, excellent communication, and ability to collaborate in a team.
