Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Bilingual English/Mandarin Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growing automotive and battery operations in Glendale, KY. This full-time, permanent role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the full hiring lifecycle for technical and operations roles.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across roles supporting automotive and battery operations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; serve as primary candidate point-of-contact
- Manage recruiting activities from job posting through offer and onboarding support
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using ATS and proactive outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and provide timely hiring updates
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and metrics
- Represent Confidential Client at job fairs and recruiting events when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for regular communication with bilingual stakeholders
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
- Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture and business practices is a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in technical recruiting or recruiting for the automotive, EV, or battery industry
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Compensation & Work Type
- Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
