What You’ll Do

This role supports core logistics, pricing, sales and customer-service activities for the Confidential Client. You will be the operational and administrative backbone for the sales and operations teams, helping ensure on-time service, accurate pricing, and clear internal/external communication.

• Prepare management reports and performance summaries for leadership review
• Support Group/Sales Team Leaders with daily administrative tasks and strategic initiatives
• Respond to customer inquiries on service status and general requests (bilingual Korean/English)
• Assist in preparing freight rate quotations, pricing proposals, and contract documentation
• Maintain and update CRM and sales databases; monitor sales pipeline and lead status
• Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate resolution with operations and other teams
• Assist with sales materials, presentations, Excel-based P&L simulations and margin analysis
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and prospective clients
• Provide daily operational support and contribute to process-improvement initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and other job-related duties as required

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring entry- to early-career candidates who can operate in a fast-paced logistics environment and communicate fluently in Korean and English.

• Entry level or up to 3 years’ experience in logistics operations, sales support, or business development support
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Korean (required)
• Strong organizational, multitasking and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Comfortable with Excel-based analysis (basic P&L, margin entry) and preparing presentations
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of the logistics industry

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: USD 27.00 – USD 35.00 per hour
• Benefits (typical): Medical, Vision, Dental insurance; 401(k); paid sick hours

Location & Work Mode

• Work location: On-site in Plano, TX (local candidates preferred). Specific office or hybrid arrangements will be confirmed by the Confidential Client during the hiring process.
