About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring a BI Data Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team supporting Finance. This position delivers high-quality financial reporting, automations, and strategic analytics that drive revenue and business decisions in a fast-paced ad tech environment. The role is full-time and supports a flexible remote work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain performance and revenue reporting tools used by Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Automate data collection and reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive quantitative analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear, action-oriented insights and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting infrastructure.
- Support strategic initiatives with scenario analysis, forecasting, and data-backed recommendations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of analytical experience in business intelligence, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Physics, or a related quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with relational database systems.
- Experience with Google BigQuery is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred) and strong quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace (data analysis and presentation skills).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex findings clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proactive mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
