What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring Behavioral Interventionists to deliver compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 ABA services for children and adolescents. This entry-level-friendly role includes paid training and mentoring to help you grow in the ABA field.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and progress notes.
- Support evidence-based ABA programs in home and school settings.
- Assist clinical staff in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Communicate respectfully and collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00–$26.00 per hour (hourly rate, based on experience and education)
- Estimated annual pay (for reference): ≈ $50,730
- Part‑time start (15–20 hours/week) with opportunities to increase to full time based on center needs and availability

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related) preferred but not required
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a TB test
- Employment contingent on successful criminal background check and fingerprint clearance (per state/local requirements)
- Spanish language skills strongly preferred
- Compassion, patience, strong communication skills, and comfort working with children and families from diverse backgrounds
