What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
- Collect, track, and document behavior data and progress using an iPad and digital systems.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with patients and caregivers to support treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and clinical team to assess progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards in all interactions.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
What You’ll Need
- Preference for candidates with an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree (not required for entry-level BT roles).
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, approximately 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Passion for working with children with special needs and supporting families.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move quickly in response to patient needs.
- Willingness to complete paid training and pursue RBT certification if not already certified.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20–$28 per hour (hourly rate is based on experience and training status).
- Annual range referenced by the client: $30,000 - $50,000 per year (dependent on hours, experience, and role progression).
- Bonus opportunities and long-term incentive plans may be available.
- Guaranteed full-time hours—protected pay when sessions are canceled.
- Paid training for RBT certification (separate training rate may apply).

Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Full-time, clinic-based schedule (weekday business hours).

- Reliable transportation or ability to arrive at the Woodbury, MN clinic location as scheduled.
