What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring Behavior Technicians (Behavior Interventionists) to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 and small-group services for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. This is an entry-level role with paid, hands-on training.
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services using naturalistic, play-based ABA methods
- Implement positive behavior strategies and individualized plans developed with your BCBA
- Collect and document session data to track progress toward treatment goals
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary clinicians to create supportive environments
- Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting procedures
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay range: $20.87 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience and education)
- Employment type: Part-time (weekly hours typically range from 6 to 40)
- Flexible schedules: options for 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week part-time roles
- Opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children; experience with autism is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates, bachelor’s or master’s degrees also accepted
- Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (within a ~30–40 minute drive radius)
- Comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
