What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician with Confidential Client you will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and support social groups for children with autism and related developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA. Key responsibilities include:

• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA techniques
• Provide direct, compassionate in‑home therapy and support social group activities
• Collect, record, and report client progress and behavior data accurately
• Follow behavior support plans and safety protocols
• Communicate with supervisors, families, and team members about client needs and progress
• Attend trainings, team meetings, and coaching sessions as required

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

This is an entry-level role; training is provided. Candidates should meet the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge or interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions, work as part of a team, and maintain professional boundaries
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for in‑home visits
