What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician working with our confidential client, you will deliver 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and teens with autism or developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs
• Collect, chart, and report session-level data accurately
• Use positive-reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, self-care, and adaptive skills
• Support families by modeling strategies and providing coaching during sessions
• Follow safety protocols and communicate progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in required training and supervision

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: Competitive — up to $28.00 per hour (based on experience and RBT certification)
• Estimated annual compensation (for reference): $44,265 per year (estimated)
• Mileage reimbursement for travel to client homes

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (required)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in Palmdale, CA
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass background checks as required by client and state law
• Compassion for working with children and families affected by autism

Preferred / Helpful

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience working with children or in behavioral health (entry-level candidates with strong interest are welcome)
• Strong data collection and written communication skills
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling (afternoons, evenings, weekends)

• Position type: Part-time (flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend availability)
• Work location: In person — work is conducted in client homes (Palmdale, CA)
• Employment may require travel within the local service area; mileage reimbursement provided
