Our confidential client is hiring part-time, entry-level Behavior Technicians to deliver evidence-based care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role includes paid training, flexible schedules, and meaningful career pathways.

  • Pay range: $21.73 to $29.15 per hour (based on experience and education)
  • Predictable, thoughtfully designed schedules — part-time options (5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week)

Your Impact & Responsibilities

You will support children and families through ABA-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care delivered in community and home settings.

  • Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
  • Implement positive behavior strategies and protocols developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Use evidence-based interventions to promote meaningful progress for families
  • Collect, document, and maintain session data and treatment progress
  • Collaborate closely with families, Lead BTs, ABA Assistants, and supervisors
  • Follow the confidential client’s crisis, de-escalation, and mandated reporting protocols

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.

  • Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or master’s degrees are acceptable
  • Comfortable traveling between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius; reliable transportation required
  • Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication, observational, and data-collection skills
  • Ability to follow clinical protocols and work as part of a care team

  • Location: Mesa, AZ (on-site, travel between client homes required)
  • Post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review required
