What You’ll Do

This entry-level Banking Training opportunity is a structured, short-term training and internship pathway designed to prepare you for banking, customer-success, and finance roles. As a participant you will:

• Complete classroom-based technical and professional training focused on banking fundamentals, customer experience, and financial product knowledge
• Participate in mock interviews, resume workshops, and networking sessions to prepare for internships and job placement
• Join an internship placement in the Salt Lake City area (with leading financial organizations) where you will apply learned skills in a real workplace
• Receive coaching and mentorship throughout the training and internship phases
• Track progress through assessments and receive ongoing career support from the placement team

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates who are motivated, coachable, and eager to launch a career in financial services or customer success:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
• No bachelor’s degree required (applicants without a bachelor’s degree encouraged)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Motivation to learn technical and professional skills quickly
