What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Associate to support banking and payments operations transformation projects. In this role you will work on process review, data analysis, and delivery of practical recommendations that improve operational performance.

• Support payments transformation engagements by gathering process information and documenting current‑state workflows
• Analyze operational data and process metrics to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare client materials, meeting summaries, and track action items to support client service activities
• Assist in designing payments operations solutions that improve productivity, consistency, and service delivery
• Use digital tools and business analytics to support reporting and decision‑making
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to interpret requirements and contribute to high‑quality deliverables
• Continue building technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and professional judgment in banking and payments operations

Who You Are

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of professional experience (internships or relevant project work may be considered)

Preferred qualifications — you’ll stand out if you have one or more of these

• Academic background in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Risk Management, or related fields
• Coursework or internship experience in banking, payments, or operations transformation
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns in process and data
• Demonstrated curiosity for client operations and continuous improvement
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable asking questions and presenting findings
• Ability to adapt in fast‑paced, team‑based consulting environments and follow professional conduct and independence requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,000 - $140,000 (range provided by the client; actual pay will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and applicable laws)
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus where applicable
• Typical benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and other standard employee benefits (specific offerings depend on the client and location)
