Program Overview

Confidential Client is running an intensive, short-term Banking Job Training Program in Tampa Palms, FL designed to prepare entry-level candidates for careers in banking, customer experience, and related finance roles. The program pairs classroom learning with internship opportunities and coaching to build technical, professional, and networking skills that lead to paid internships and job placement.

Program Format & Compensation

• Program length: up to one year (many cohorts are shorter)
• Schedule: weekday availability required (Monday–Friday) for the duration of the program
• Internship stipend during placement: $525 per week (paid to students during internship phase)
• Many graduates move into entry-level roles — employed graduates report average starting salaries around $53,000 per year

Eligibility

You are encouraged to apply if you meet all of the following:

• High school diploma or GED (no bachelor’s degree)
• Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. work authorization required)
• Available Monday–Friday for the program’s duration
• Motivated to learn technical and professional skills and participate fully in classroom and internship activities

How the Hiring & Placement Process Works

• Placement partners include leading financial and business organizations in the Tampa Bay area. Final hiring decisions for internship and long-term roles are made by those partner employers.
