Position overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level B2B Account Representative for a fully in-person field sales role based in Middletown, NJ. This position focuses on face-to-face outreach to local businesses, activating new customer accounts, and building long-term client relationships. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided — no extensive prior sales experience required.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct face-to-face outreach within an assigned Middletown, NJ territory
- Engage business owners and decision-makers to identify needs and present relevant workplace products and business solutions on behalf of our client
- Activate new customer accounts and support initial onboarding steps
- Build and maintain professional relationships with local businesses to drive repeat business and referrals
- Track activity and performance using Salesforce (CRM)
- Represent Confidential Client and our client with professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual pay: $52,086 (estimated)
