About the Confidential Client
Confidential Client is a national supply chain consulting and warehouse automation systems integrator that partners with large e-commerce, retail, and distribution organizations to design, deploy, and validate automated material handling solutions. Projects blend robotics, conveyor systems, ASRS, AMR/AGV, and warehouse control/execution software to improve throughput, accuracy, and operational resilience.
What You’ll Do
You will support validation and qualification activities for automated warehouse systems under the guidance of senior validation staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Execute Static IQ, Dynamic IQ, and OQ test steps and record results.
- Assist in executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and test procedures.
- Collect, organize, and maintain validation evidence, logs, and test data.
- Support installation-phase activities and update validation documentation.
- Participate in deviation investigations and track corrective actions.
- Learn and apply departmental standards, SOPs, and validation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or co-op in a regulated or automated-systems environment is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn validation processes and regulated documentation practices.
- Clear technical writing and basic data-collection skills.
- Ability to perform manual tasks on site (see Physical Demands).
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to warehouse automation systems (AutoStore experience a plus — installation, commissioning, or startup).
- Prior internship/co‑op experience with automated systems or material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with validation terminology and workflows (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication skills.
Physical Demands

Remote & Travel Expectations
- Field work is required: expect a mix of on-site and remote work. Typical project mix is ~70–75% field/on-site and ~25–30% remote/home-office.
- Project schedules commonly include multi-day site rotations (example: ~10 days on site, ~4 days off at home) depending on project phase.
- Remote deliverables and weekly status updates are required when working from a home office.
Employment Type & Compensation
