What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, contract-to-hire Customer Services role supporting auto finance operations. Candidates may be considered for one of two positions: Customer Accounts Representative or Customer Care Representative. You will receive full training and opportunities to cross-train and advance.

• Customer Accounts Representative responsibilities:

  • Make friendly, early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due
  • Help customers set up payments, enroll in auto-pay, and update account information
  • Assist with password resets or login issues
  • Escalate severe delinquencies to dedicated collections teams (no heavy collections work required)

• Customer Care Representative responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to support account questions, payment options, title requests, and website/login help
  • Provide accurate, professional guidance and document interactions in the system
  • Route complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up when needed

Schedule

• Customer Accounts Representative:

  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One weekly late shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (never Fridays)
  • Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Customer Care Representative:

  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to grow a career in auto finance

Pay & Benefits

• Pay range: $23.00 – $25.50 per hour (Contract-to-Hire)
