What You’ll Do

As an Audit Associate with our confidential client, you will support financial statement audits and related assurance work to help maintain transparent, reliable financial reporting. This entry-level role focuses on learning technical skills, supporting client engagements, and contributing to high-quality deliverables.

• Conduct financial statement audits in compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
• Apply auditing methodologies to evaluate financial documents and internal controls
• Review and verify financial records for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Use data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support audit conclusions
• Document processes and audit findings to improve efficiency and clarity
• Collaborate with team members to address audit findings and propose practical solutions
• Support client communication and help manage deliverables to meet audit timelines
• Assist senior staff with research and technical accounting questions
• Validate data quality and security practices to protect sensitive information

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum overall GPA: 3.0
• Meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full‑time
• Available to begin in an entry‑level client service associate role (final academic year completion expected or recently completed)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 per year. Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable law.
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus (if applicable).
• Competitive benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement/401(k), paid time off, and other standard employer-sponsored programs. Specific benefits are administered by the hiring organization.
