What You’ll Do

As an Audit Associate, you will support financial statement audits and assurance engagements that help clients maintain transparent, reliable reporting. This entry-level role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and technical growth. You will work with engagement teams to perform audit procedures, interpret financial data, and help deliver high-quality audit opinions.

  • Conduct financial statement audits in compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
  • Apply auditing methodologies to assess financial documents and internal controls
  • Review and verify accounting records for accuracy and policy/regulatory adherence
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, exceptions, and insights that support audit conclusions
  • Document processes and audit findings to improve efficiency and evidence quality
  • Collaborate with team members to develop corrective actions and communicate with clients
  • Support project management tasks to meet timelines and deliverables
  • Apply technical accounting knowledge to resolve complex reporting questions
  • Ensure data quality and confidentiality for sensitive financial information

What You Must Have

  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum overall GPA: 3.0
  • Meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the state where you intend to work before starting full-time
  • Entry-level candidates who have completed or are completing their final academic year are encouraged to apply

What Sets You Apart

  • Preferential consideration for candidates with a 3.5+ GPA
  • Familiarity with GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting standards
  • Experience or interest in applying data analysis to audit work
  • Comfort using technology (including AI tools) to improve efficiency and outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 (actual pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location; all hires eligible for annual discretionary bonus)
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick leave. Additional plan details available upon request.
