What You’ll Do
This Audit Associate role in Jacksonville, FL is an entry-level position on the Assurance team supporting financial statement audits and related client engagements. The role is an excellent fit for candidates who are building technical accounting skills, preparing for the CPA exam, and looking to gain hands-on audit experience.
- Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
- Apply audit methodologies to evaluate financial records, internal controls, and documentation
- Review and verify accounting records to confirm accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Use data analysis to identify financial trends and support audit conclusions
- Document processes and audit findings to improve efficiency and audit quality
- Collaborate with engagement teams to address findings and recommend practical solutions
- Support project management tasks to meet timelines and deliverables
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Uphold professional and independence standards and protect sensitive financial information
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3.0 overall GPA
- Meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full-time
- Entry-level / client service associate candidates will have completed or be completing their final academic year of required coursework

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 per year. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and in accordance with applicable employment laws.
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
- Typical benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Specific benefits will be provided by the confidential client.
